Call, and tell me about your dog.
That’s the whole booking process. No forms, no deposits — a conversation about the coat, the nerves and the time it’ll take.
Good for after-hours questions, or if you’d rather write out your dog’s story.

When you call
Four things that help me book it right.
- Breed, or size.A Yorkie and a Bernese are different afternoons. Size sets the price and the time.
- The coat.Long, short, double, matted, overdue — be honest, nobody’s judging. It decides which service fits.
- How they handle a bath.Loves it, tolerates it, or has to be talked into it. This is where the extra time comes from.
- Anything they’re scared of.Dryers, clippers, their feet being touched, other dogs. Tell me and it gets planned around, not discovered halfway through.

Before the first visit
Three small things that make it easier.
- 1
Walk them first.
A dog that’s had a walk arrives with the edge taken off, which makes the first ten minutes on the table calmer for everyone.
- 2
Skip the home bath.
Don’t wash them the night before. A clean-but-damp coat is harder to work with than an honest, dry, overdue one.
- 3
Bring the favorite treat.
If there’s a snack they’d do anything for, bring a few. Bribery is a legitimate grooming technique.
