- Full-time toddler program For the youngest. Five days a week, 7am to 6pm, with the same teachers all year — the continuity matters more at two than at any other age.

- Preschool, ages 3–5 Five days a week for the 3-to-5s. Read aloud twice a day, outside every day, and the kind of morning that gets a child ready for kindergarten — our founder taught it for sixteen years.

- Half days The same room and the same teacher, half the day. A gentle way in for a child who has never been away from home.

- Before and after care Add-on hours at either end of the day, for the parents whose work doesn’t fit neatly inside ours.

- Tour and trial morning Come for a whole morning before you decide anything. Bring your child; watch how it goes.

A day here
What every day is built around.
Whichever program your child is in, the shape of the day is the same. There is a story read aloud in the morning and another later in the day, every day, because the person who opened this place spent sixteen years teaching kindergarten to children who had never been read to.
Between the stories there is real time outside — in every weather, not only on the easy days. Parents tell us their children come home muddy and happy, which is the idea.
And the faces don’t change. Our teachers stay for years, so the classroom your child walks into in September is run by the same people in June, and often the June after that.

What parents ask on the tour.
What ages do you take?
Toddlers in the full-time toddler program, and 3-to-5s in preschool. Half days are available for either. If you’re not sure where your child fits, say so on the tour and we’ll talk it through.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm. Before-and-after care is $45 a week for the parents who need the edges of the day covered.
Is the trial morning really free?
Yes — the tour and the trial morning both are, and neither is a sales pitch. You come for an ordinary morning with your child in it, and decide afterwards. Book it through the form or call (260) 555-0745.
Do you go outside in winter?
In every weather. Send the coat and the boots and expect them back muddy. It is one of the three things this place is known for, and the children are the last to complain about it.
Will my child have the same teacher all year?
That is the plan, and it usually runs much longer than a year — our teachers stay. One family had the same lead teacher for both of their children, four years apart.
What does it cost?
Full-time toddler care is $290 a week, preschool for 3-to-5s is $250, half days are $160, and before-and-after care is $45. Everything is printed above; nothing is quoted later.
